Thank you for shopping with Six13 Studio!

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Six13 Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Local pickup orders will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is available.
